Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine whether they are within the scope of the journal and comply with the journal's submission requirements, ethical standards, and formatting guidelines. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent for peer review.

The journal operates a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all identifying information is removed from the manuscript before submission.

Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief or the Editorial Board will make decision.

Authors requested to revise their manuscripts should submit a revised version together with a detailed, point-by-point response to the reviewers' comments within the specified deadline. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for further evaluation.

All manuscripts are treated as confidential documents. Reviewers are expected to maintain the confidentiality of the review process, declare any potential conflicts of interest, and refrain from reviewing manuscripts in cases where such conflicts may compromise their objectivity.

The final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript rests with the Editor-in-Chief, based on the reviewers' recommendations, the scientific quality of the manuscript, adherence to publication ethics, and the editorial policies of the journal.
