Biospecies Research is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific quarterly published in English under the auspices of the University of Jiroft

Biospecies Research aims to publish fundamental findings in the fields of plant, animal, and microorganism sciences. It publishes original research articles in all areas of plant and animal biology and microbiology, including the biological effects of medicinal plants, systematics and ecology, physiology, cellular and developmental biology, and microbiology. The journal also welcomes and publishes interdisciplinary, applied, and technological research articles in the aforementioned fields following rigorous peer review.

The journal is dedicated to advancing knowledge in the biological sciences by publishing high-quality research that provides novel insights into plants, animals, microorganisms, and their interactions.

Biospecies Research aims to disseminate original and scientifically rigorous research addressing fundamental and applied questions in plant biology, animal biology, and microbiology. The journal welcomes studies that contribute to a deeper understanding of biological diversity, structure, function, processes, and interactions at different levels of biological organization.

The journal considers original research articles including:

·       Plant and animal systematics, taxonomy, biodiversity, and ecology

·       Plant and animal physiology and functional biology

·       Cellular, molecular, and developmental biology

·       Genetics, biotechnology, and related biological sciences

·       Microbiology and microbial diversity

·       Biological activities and effects of medicinal and other biologically active plants

·       Applied and interdisciplinary research in the biological sciences

All manuscripts are evaluated through a rigorous peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.
